  • Implemented Climate Action Plan initiatives for the City of Palo Alto, advancing building and transportation decarbonization through innovative financing and stakeholder collaboration.

  • Led implementation of California SB 1383 for the City of Folsom, launching citywide composting and edible food recovery programs that transformed the community's food-to-soil system.

  • Developed climate action, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement strategies for communities throughout California, including Santa Monica, Sunnyvale, San Francisco, and San Mateo County.

Community Engagement & Collaborative Governance

Designing equitable engagement strategies that build trust, elevate community voices, and strengthen public decision-making.

Representative projects include:

  • Lead educator and strategist for Latino community engagement in Placer County's General Plan 2050.

  • Facilitated inclusive engagement strategy workshops for regional partners through We Prosper Together.

  • Designed and led bilingual outreach and engagement processes that increased participation from historically underrepresented communities.

Regional Economic Development

Supporting community-led economic development that integrates climate resilience, workforce development, and equity.

  • Led inclusive economy initiatives for California Jobs First across Placer and El Dorado Counties.

  • Served as Community Ambassador for California Jobs First in the Capital Region, building partnerships among public agencies, businesses, nonprofits, education partners, and community organizations.

  • Strategic advisor supporting initiatives with the Latino Community Development Corporation that expand economic opportunity and community resilience.

Wildfire Resilience & Tribal Partnerships

Building collaborative partnerships that strengthen forest health, wildfire resilience, and long-term stewardship.

Representative projects include:

  • Leads Tribal relationship-building and partnership strategy for Placer County's Regional Forest Health Program and the Foresthill Divide Wildfire Community Protection Project.

  • Facilitates collaboration among Tribal governments, local agencies, and community partners to support resilient landscapes and community safety.
