About me
Sarah Isabel Moe is a community resilience strategist with more than 20 years of experience helping public agencies, nonprofits, businesses, and regional collaboratives design and implement solutions that strengthen communities, advance climate resilience, and foster equitable economic development.
She specializes in strategic planning, growth and launch of new initiatives, community engagement, and cross-sector collaborations. Facilitating across government agencies, Tribal partners, businesses, nonprofits, and diverse residents to solve complex environmental and social challenges. Known for her systems-thinking approach and collaborative leadership, Sarah Isabel designs engagement processes that build trust, empower leaders, align diverse interests, and create lasting community impact.
Her work spans climate resilience, energy transition, circular economy, wildfire preparedness, regional economic development, and organizational strategy. As a bilingual facilitator, coach and trusted advisor, she helps organizations move from vision to implementation through meaningful partnerships and community-centered solutions.
Beyond her consulting work, Sarah Isabel is an author and creator of women’s programs that explore the relationship between connecting to nature and our own innate wisdom and leadership.
